SEEKING JUSTICE FOR TOBIOUS COX, ROCKY MOUNT NC
Tobious Devone Cox was traveling down W Thomas Street in Rocky Mount on January 21st 2019 around 10pm. Once he got to around the 700 block shots rang out and struck Cox and he wrecked. He was found not to far from the car by police. RMPD tried to save him but he had passed away from the shooting. It seemed that he tried to get out of the car and run but did not make it far.
